The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. I got prompt luggage delivery upon arrival. The reception desk quickly arranged taxis anytime I needed it. This hotel provided excellent access to nearby restaurants.
I noticed minor street noise penetrated the soundproofing despite closed windows, yet it didn't seriously disrupt my sleep.

The breakfast had wide choices including various cheeses and pastries. The restaurant on the third floor served well presented food. A bar on the first floor also has drinks and small snacks.

The hotel provides quick access to Duomo and Galleria due to its location. A bell hop helped me when I arrive with luggage. A personal safe was in the closet for secure storage.

the staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. they stored my luggage promptly and efficiently (i had a large suitcase!).
the in-room safe was not working properly. i had to call maintenance to fix it, though they addressed it quickly.

The hotel is well-located near the city center. Rooms were adequate.
The breakfast service was notably poor. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for a cappuccino. The staff seemed more focused on other guests. My table was ignored entirely. I did not receive my order. There was not even an apology.

the hotel is located close to the duomo, maybe a 15 minute walk. breakfast was good and provided a decent selection. the staff was friendly, they efficiently handled the check-in and check-out process.
room service did not empty the bins. the tea and coffee was not replenished until i asked. the tv was quite old and the remote barely worked.
