faulty air conditioningpayment issue
the air conditioning barely worked in the room, so it was hard to sleep. the reception staff charged me even though they had already reserved the full amount on my credit card previously. they did not mention this in the confirmation. it said i should pay at the hotel. i got the deposit back after 1 month, only after i wrote to the hotel several times and asked for it.
