missing tiles peeling paint
The room felt a bit tired to be honest. the bathroom needed some serious attention. There were tiles missing i swear. the peeling paint wasnt really a highlight either. It just looked shabby.

The location was great for me. it was an easy walk to the metro station and several bus stops were nearby. the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the downstairs restaurant was also a big plus. I enjoyed a very convenient and tasty meal there.
I found a few minor issues . the wifi signal was quite weak. i also noticed that some areas could use a little updating. the air conditioning was somewhat noisy. It made sleeping a bit challenging.

The building maintenance needs improvement. I found the air conditioning in one bedroom to be excessively noisy. It made sleeping difficult, even with earplugs. the kitchenette's stovetop was underpowered.

I enjoyed the fresh breakfast that was available in the lobby. There was a good variety of choices. The staff was really friendly and helped me with directions. Free coffee, tea, and fruits were available in the lobby area.
The elevator always seemed very dirty. Also the entrance was very dirty.

the two bedroom room is fantastic and included everything i needed and more. i particularly enjoyed the flower decking. this cute boutique hotel is located in a very high-end quiet neighborhood.
