i found the hotel to be in a great location, near plenty of lovely places to eat! the reception staff were also very kind, especially the lady who helped me check in. i appreciated that the room was cleaned professionally and with care.

i found the sound isolation in the rooms lacking. i could hear people in other rooms quite clearly. the rooftop pool also wasn't particularly appealing, it seemed more like a large bath tub. i also noticed some rust in the bathroom.

The staff was always attentive and ready to help with any requests I had throughout my stay. I appreciated the modern decor, which complemented the classic beauty of the building.

I noticed that the soundproofing between rooms was not perfect. I could sometimes hear conversations from adjacent rooms though it never became too bothersome.

the staff were so lovely and accommodating. the hotel itself was so quiet and serene and the room was simple and clean. the en-suite came with loads of needed things!

room smelt a bit like mould and reception also smelt. not the greatest area and bed not comfortable at all.
