I adored the self-check-in process, very convenient. using the mobile app for everything was easy. the aroma upon entering was so appreciated. It masked the city scents. i really loved the building's aesthetic design.
the bedsheets had some stains, a little disappointing. the bed felt a little too firm for my liking. the room assigned to me seemed quite small and didn't fully match the photos i saw online. the bright exit sign kept me awake a little.

The location was great close to everything i wanted to see. The room was clean it had everything i needed. Bea from reception was very friendly and helpful.
The nightclub noise was horrible i could hear it all night. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to get a good night's rest i was lucky to get 4 hours of sleep at night.

The room I had was not well-insulated. I could hear a lot of noise from other guests on the floor. Bed sheets had stains plus the bed was fairly hard. The room did not match the photos online completely. I also paid a rate equivalent to a hotel but with fewer staff.

there were A terrible plumbing smell as soon as you enter the building. the decor were modern but not very well thought through for travellers.

the self-check-in uses a mobile app. verification was convenient. chatting with staff worked well. i appreciate the pleasing design. the entrance aroma helped to counter the city smell. the app was good for accessing the building.
the smell upon entering the building was not good. i think the building tries to mask it. it smells like a porta potty with air freshener.
