the staff were lovely and cute. my room had humorous yorkshire decor. the breakfast was delicious (especially the bacon!).
my room was cold when i checked in. i had to get plug in heaters. one heater was not working.

I found the staff cute. They create a very positive atmosphere. My room had lovely decor with Yorkshire reminders, I appreciated the local touches. The hotel is very clean and had everything I needed.
