i appreciated being upgraded to the geysir hotel. the staff was friendly. the location was perfect, it was close to gullfoss and brúarfoss waterfalls. being centrally located on the golden circle made sightseeing easy.
the wifi connection was spotty at times.

I received an upgrade to the adjacent Hotel Geysir, which proved good. The breakfast offered a fantastic and diverse selection of items. The room provided ample space and comfort. I found the parking lots quite large and convenient.

dated roommold on frames
The room felt quite dated. The shower curtain was far too long. It dragged on the floor and water escaped. The lack of proper ventilation also contributed to some mold appearing on the window frames which I found disappointing.
