beachfront location rooftop pool
the location was excellent, right across from the beach! the rooftop bar and pool offered superb views. i appreciated the breakfast buffet, it had diverse options. the staff was friendly and always helpful.
It made it difficult to relax fully. i think the management should address this issue .

the staff demonstrated attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests we had! they were quick to respond and always polite, so our stay was made very comfortable due to their support.

constant noise limited selection
It created constant noise , made relaxation difficult. i was also disappointed by the limited selection of drinks included in the complimentary voucher i received as compensation. The choices were unappealing and the drinks themselves were poorly made. furthermore the rooftop bar itself felt neglected. It needs a redesign to feel inviting.

Breakfast offered varied options. I sampled traditional Vietnamese food each morning. The rooftop pool provided beautiful views. I found the sky bar staff helpful.
Sound insulation was not ideal. I heard noise from other rooms.

The breakfast had plenty of options! the staff were fantastic and the rooms were nice, clean, and tidy. the hotel is basically just across the road from the beach. It was very convenient for beach access.
there could be a bar facility in the ground floor lobby and lounge area though.

The location was excellent. It was basically just across the road from the beach. the room was clean and tidy, i found the staff fantastic! the breakfast offered many options. the value for money included afternoon tea. This.
i noticed a slight inconvenience, there wasn't a bar facility in the ground floor lobby or lounge area.

the hotel provided a clean and spacious room. i found the staff nice and helpful. the breakfast was good too. there were many options available each morning.
i found the elevators very crowded. sometimes i waited longer than expected.

My room was a Superior Double Room City View Afternoon Tea. It had ample space and good amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the local dishes..
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It never got really hot. I reported it, but the issue persisted . It started early in the morning.
