good location luxurious rooms terrible wi-fi awful service
the location was indeed very good. it was friendly. i also liked the very luxurious rooms.
The wi-fi was terrible. Slow and constantly disconnecting. the front desk service was awful it lacked basic hospitality.

The hotel's location provides easy access to the old town. It is a short distance away. The breakfast included a good selection of items. The staff was helpful in arranging airport transfers.
The gym equipment seemed quite outdated. It needs an update. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and old. I could hear the neighbours due to thin walls.

noisy airconditioning outdated equipment
the location proved to be acceptable. many places were within walking distance of the premises.
I had issues with the air conditioning unit in the room. it was quite old and generated significant noise. the thin walls also meant i could easily hear my neighbors, not ideal for a restful night. the gym was also a letdown. The equipment felt rather outdated and limited.

friendly staff free shuttle hotel cars
the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. i enjoyed the free shuttle service provided to the beach. i also appreciated the hotel cars that were available to and from the airport at a reasonable price.
the rooftop pool umbrellas could not be opened when there was easy. this meant there was no shade available during the day when i was at the rooftop pool.

my time there goes smooth. the hotel breakfasts included both american and vietnamese food and i find a large pool with a swim up bar. prices for drinks were not too expensive.
the gym seemed a bit old, with equipment that could use updating. it affected my workout routine.
