the room was clean and had a safe. i suppose that's... acceptable.
the car parking facilities were a complete mess. i received a parking fine even though i booked in advance and handed over vehicle details during check in. then, i mentioned paying for parking during checkout, i was told it was taken from my deposit. now i have to appeal this fine... such a joyous waste of time.

The shower was amazing. It seemed like standing right under a gentle waterfall! the room was spacious and clean. i also appreciated that when i asked for an extra duvet. The staff brought it to me right away. the bed was very comfy for a great sleep.

All the staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived. The check-in was quick. A taxi was arranged for me in moments. The room was very nice and clean. The morning staff at breakfast were attentive and cute. The chef greeted people while refilling the buffet. There was A GREAT variety of food at breakfast including waffle stations. It all contributed positively to my stay.
The orange juice tasted slightly chemical. THAT was the only slight issue i encountered.

Breakfast included many options. There were several healthy choices. Alternative milk options were available. Even sugar-free alternatives were present. THIS was a very nice touch.

The location is excellent because it is near the train station. The hotel has secure access to room floors. The gym access is a valuable feature. I LOVED that the location was close to shops.

The hotel's location is excellent, directly beside the train station. A supermarket is very close. It's less than a block away. I also liked the cafe situated next to the building.
I had difficulty getting information about dinner options from the staff. A simple request for a cheese slice substitution seemed problematic and incurred an extra charge.
