good stay!
friendly staff amazing food
the food was amazing!!! lots of choices were available and everything was plentiful, which i loved. friendly staff welcomed us in all areas. i reminded me of i was staying in a five-star hotel, the hotel is very well presented.
i was a little confused by the ventilation system because it was very warm in the room. i thought reducing the temperature would cool the air down, but it only warmed it up. i discovered opening the windows was the most effective solution to cool the room.

the public areas feature lovely seating, and the christmas decorations were very well done. recent refurbishments are complete to a high standard and offer pleasant communal lounges.

Staff are very helpful and pleasant, very willing to accommodate. the hotel is eco-friendly, which i really appreciated. they were friendly from arrival to departure. They even left a nut on the pillow!

Fantastic Refurbishment and Great Breakfast!

I was expecting a tired hotel, given the price and location. The Christmas tree and decorations. The location is top and the breakfast is excellent. I appreciated the water in the fridge and the good coffee in the room. I am definitely coming back soon!

The room included quality linen and sparkling taps. The room was also very clean. I found the large double room size very pleasant alongside the spacious bed and walk-in shower it had!

The staff were particularly helpful and friendly at reception. I found the staff were happy to help with parking payments. The bar staff were lovely people at night and made amazing drinks. The male manager also kindly arranged a vegan menu with more options for us.

The hotel is close to pleasant walks along the seafront. The location is also convenient for The Leas Cliff Hall and live entertainment. I enjoyed the short walk to the shops and railway station. It was a convenient way to get around!

The bar meals were good. The breakfast choice was also good with a plentiful selection. The hotel is very clean throughout. I loved the spacious lobby and its lovely ambiance, the decoration with the christmas tree was fabulous.

helpful staff lovely people amazing meals
The reception staff helped me with parking payments. I spent time in the bar. The bar staff were lovely people. Bar meals were AMAZING!!!
The elevators seemed more suited for an industrial park.

parking permit clean room good shower helpful staff
i found the reception ready with a 24-hour parking permit right outside. the rooms were a good size and very clean, and i had a really great shower. tea and coffee were available each morning, which i enjoyed. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, that was so important.
the hallways felt a bit dated. it wasn't a big deal, but noticeable.

missing bath gel poor service
The location is near to shops and eateries, I admit.
I faced several service failures. The hotel had no bath gel for two days despite me asking for it. they did not replenish the tea or coffee, even after I requested it. That is quite poor.
