the room was a good size with windows i was able to open. i looked out on the high street. the lighting in the room was cozy (i loved it). the bed was comfortable.
on arrival i walked to the room past bags of rubbish in the halls. laundry cupboard was open and sheets were on the floor. breakfast was served cold by a lady who was very scruffily dressed.

friendly staffdelicious foodattentive serviceloud musicstreet noiseastonishing volume
the hotel staff decorated our table prettily for our anniversary dinner. they were all friendly as well. the food was delicious, and carla attended to us very well (i am impressed by the staff attitude).
i found the music from the pub below noisy. it played at an astonishing volume from 1 pm until 2 am. crowds shouted and partied on the street below even after that.
