the hotel is very close to public transport. it's near both the metro and tram stations. i received an upgrade to a junior suite, i booked a room with a view. the staff was very accommodating and professional .

The location provided easy access to public transport and city attractions. My room offered a fine view of the river ( nice!). The breakfast buffet had diverse options, including many delicious pastries.
The air conditioning in my room did not cool down sufficiently, made my stay uncomfortably warm.

The location is very convenient, close to tram and subway stations. The provided breakfast was quite varied with many options to choose from. I found the staff at the front office helpful and efficient. My room remained clean and tidy .
I encountered an issue with the shower. It was clogged and required maintenance.

amazing stay with a view!
helpful staff delicious breakfast
i loved that the reception staff were very helpful arranging bookings. the room was spacious and very well-equipped, i found it great that they changed linens every day. breakfast had a nice variety and everything tasted delicious!
The water pressure was not great. I had a small trickle of water coming from the shower. the sink also drained slowly, i think it should be fixed.

this location is perfect, its near a train station, which makes traveling very convenient. you can walk to many attractions from here, super handy. a supermarket and buda castle are also very close, i liked that a lot!
