i found the breakfast was a real treat, they had a great selection! i especially liked the thermal pools, they were so relaxing. the location on the island is fantastic, it is quiet but still connected. the staff was helpful, i liked them!
the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, i wish they had firmer options.

Underwhelming stay. Expected more for the price

The breakfast was quite chaotic. there were long queues for the coffee machines, they often ran out. also, the room cleaning was subpar. I noticed dust and fingerprints upon arrival, a problem that persisted even after the room was "cleaned.

The breakfast offered a great variety of options. The location was convenient. The staff provided excellent service, responding quickly to requests.
The room card malfunctioned once. I was locked on the outdoor terrace in the cold. It took half an hour to get help after knocking.
