a mixed experience, some issues noted
cold staff inconsistent cleaning
The food wasn't good, especially considering the price. the staff seemed cold. room cleaning was inconsistent. I chose the "eco" option, but they changed towels daily even when i didn't need them changed. the bed wasn't made either.

amazing thermal getaway!
huge buffet friendly staff clean room
I enjoyed a very clean room. the breakfast buffet was HUGE!!! the thermal baths were perfect for relaxation after a long day. every staff member was friendly and eager to help. I felt totally taken care of.
the elevator was occasionally busy, causing slight delays.

the hotel is situated on an island and provides a quiet escape. bus service to main attractions is available directly outside the hotel. i found it very easy to get around!

a super spa hotel!
great selection thermal pools quiet location helpful staff
i found the breakfast was a real treat, they had a great selection! i especially liked the thermal pools, they were so relaxing. the location on the island is fantastic, it is quiet but still connected. the staff was helpful, i liked them!
the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, i wish they had firmer options.

Underwhelming stay. Expected more for the price
long queues subpar cleaning
The breakfast was quite chaotic. there were long queues for the coffee machines, they often ran out. also, the room cleaning was subpar. I noticed dust and fingerprints upon arrival, a problem that persisted even after the room was "cleaned.

breakfast variety excellent location excellent service malfunctioning card outdoor pool cold exposure
The breakfast offered a great variety of options. The location was convenient. The staff provided excellent service, responding quickly to requests.
The room card malfunctioned once. I was locked on the outdoor terrace in the cold. It took half an hour to get help after knocking.
