hard bedtram noise
The bed was quite hard. I tossed and turned. it affected my sleep both nights i stayed. also, the noise from the trams outside was more than i anticipated. it was constant, even on the fifth floor.

the new building has a cute design. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were fantastic too. the room was quiet, i liked that.
the sauna and gym were very small. it was difficult to access them when i wanted to.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Check-in and checkout processes were very fast. I appreciated the easy access to transportation and the efficient service during my short stay.
The room had an internal air circulation system , and I could not open the windows.

The room was amazing. It included everything you would want and need. The breakfast had many good choices. The open space and restaurant were of a very high standard (i loved the layout). I could definitely recommend this hotel.

the location was convenient for both the airport and the city center. the hotel parking was spacious and easy to use. the staff were friendly (especially at 5 am when they offered me breakfast!).
The shower valve did not work correctly one morning. i told the receptionist about it, and they suggested i run the water longer. it only produced scalding water. They did not seem to care to check it.

The breakfast area felt chaotic. it was overcrowded, and the layout made navigating with plates difficult. refilling seemed slow. I noticed several items were frequently out of stock. also, the room size was smaller than expected. Space around the bed felt limited.
