I was happy to find my room newly renovated. It was modern and clean. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh food!). staff were friendly and helpful . the room was super. It had a comfy bed and a large television.

the restaurant was busy, and the service was excellent despite the crowd, with food served in a reasonable time frame. the breakfast had a reasonable price and was lovely with several fresh cooked options.

the double room was a good size and included a great walk in shower. the cottage bedrooms offer a smaller, more intimate setting, but they are nicely presented.

the bedroom was very comfortable , and there was plenty of space. I found the breakfast menu had lots of choice , it was an excellent start to the day. The location was just off the M6 motorway , , made it easy to access.
I thought the lighting in the room could have been better . It was quite dark.

The hotel location proved convenient for my travel plans.
I found the room cleanliness lacking. There were hairs in the bathroom. Noise was also a problem. Thin walls meant I could hear hallway traffic and conversations next door quite clearly.

the breakfast was good. the location was perfect, i found it easy to access nearby amenities.. the staff was very helpful. the meal i had at the restaurant was lovely.
The lighting in my room was quite poor. the table light was not working at all. i also noticed the paint around the windows was filthy and chipped. the carpet looked dusty, especially around the edges. It looked like it had not been properly cleaned.
