airport transfer was certainly convenient for our travel. i slept soundly on comfy beds before my long trip. the to-go breakfast they gave was pretty good for such an early start!
food i bought at the restaurant fell below what i expected. also the staff on EVERY side should get better training focusing on how friendly and inviting they should be.

a gym EXISTS , it had several cardio machines and free weights. there WAS a business center, this had a computer with printing, too. vending machines offer snacks and drinks.

the hotel is very near to the airport, that is a big benefit. despite airport nearness, the area felt surprisingly quiet and peaceful. the shuttle service to the airport helps a lot.

The bed in my queen room was not good it felt lumpy, almost like sleeping on rocks. the pillow also was flat and offered very little support. I woke with a stiff neck. i looked for a vending machine to get a late-night snack, but i could not find one anywhere in the hotel, and the minibar was empty. this was frustrating after a long day of travel. I was forced to go to bed hungry.
