acceptable locationpoor approachair ventilation
the location was acceptable since it was close to the central station.
i stayed in a queen room. the air ventilation did not work properly. the temperature reached 27°c. i requested a reasonable discount for my next stay, but the manager instead suggested an even more expensive option. this approach to customer service was very poor.

The breakfast had many options. I was thrilled! the staff was really friendly. the hotel is very close to the main train station. This was wonderful for my romantic adventure.
The air conditioning did not work properly. i tried to adjust the temperature. It was still too warm. the room was uncomfortably hot and the temperature reached 27°c.
