The location is very close to the railway station. It suited my travel plans. The provided breakfast had a good selection. I found a nearby convenience store stocked with necessities. The room provided a night lock.

An Acceptable Hotel
convenient location amazing breakfast housekeeping service restaurant facilities
The hotel has a convenient location close to the train station. The breakfast had many different options, amazing. I liked it. I found a great variety of food. The staff was friendly and nice.
Daily housekeeping service was not provided unless I asked for it at the reception. I had to request it every day before 10 a.m. There were no restaurant facilities available at the hotel. Common areas were poor for a hotel of this size.

lack of housekeeping unsmiling staff
I requested housekeeping service, but it was not done one day. I had to go to the reception to ask for it, a system i find not optimal. The staff at the reception and bar seemed unsmiling, I felt rushed.

the hotel is near the central station and a cultural landmark. I appreciated the convenient location for exploring the city. My early departure was accommodated with a prepared lunch box. The hotel room was spacious and very clean.
i did notice that the room lacked a mini fridge, which would have been useful.

excellent central stay
local transportation fresh waffles
the location provided super convenience for city exploration near transportation hubs. the breakfast included many choices, i especially enjoyed the fresh waffles. the staff handled check-in efficiently offering helpful guidance on local transportation and sites.
unfortunately the gym felt small, i noticed the equipment was slightly crowded. a better arrangement could definitely enhance the workout experience. it also lacked some of the equipment that i'm used to.

poor approach air ventilation
the location was acceptable since it was close to the central station.
i stayed in a queen room. the air ventilation did not work properly. the temperature reached 27°c. i requested a reasonable discount for my next stay, but the manager instead suggested an even more expensive option. this approach to customer service was very poor.

many options friendly staff train station air conditioning high temperature warm room
The breakfast had many options. I was thrilled! the staff was really friendly. the hotel is very close to the main train station. This was wonderful for my romantic adventure.
The air conditioning did not work properly. i tried to adjust the temperature. It was still too warm. the room was uncomfortably hot and the temperature reached 27°c.
