I was disappointed with the 'city view' from the balcony. A large advertisement banner completely blocked it and the staff didn't seem concerned when I mentioned it.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! I found a great espresso machine. The food tasted delicious. The bar provided tasty offerings.
The shower didn't drain quickly enough. The whole bathroom floor got soaked with water. I hope they fix this soon.

The staff displayed genuine helpfulness. Breakfast offered diverse and fresh options daily. The lobby presented a beautiful space. Rooms were clean and provided free water, I found this very useful during my nights.
Sound insulation is not very good, so some noise from the trams is noticeable.

The staff seemed dedicated, with employees addressing all requests. I observed personnel assisting with directions and luggage. I noticed their genuine smiles, what helped create a cute atmosphere for all guests.

The hotel is near the central train station. I saw many shops and restaurants nearby. Access to public transport is easy, with trams and buses stopping close to the entrance.

The location was convenient near transport links. the staff were efficient. They did their jobs well. i appreciated the water dispenser on every floor. it included both fresh and sparkling water.
The room faced the street so it was noisy. i found trams ran from 4 am to 1 am. the bed felt too hard. It was not comfortable.
