Acceptable stay with some issues

The room was not as clean as I expected (I even found some hairs in the bathroom). the noise from nearby establishments at night was a problem. I could hear music until late, impacting my sleep. The staff were not attentive. Nobody asked about my stay at checkout. the experience had some shortcomings.

the location proved very convenient. the room cleaning service happened daily. the staff was polite plus helpful. breakfast offered great choices of food including a waffle maker.
the tv did not allow access to app functions. it wasn't exactly a smart tv, i suppose.
