pleasant surprise fun decor comfy bed small room thick dust body hair

the location was perfect as i planned to go to the polar express. breakfast was included which was a good surprise. the room had fun decor that amused my little one.

my room was nice but small. the room was clean though i saw the skirting board in the bathroom was thick with dust. there was also curly body hair in the bathroom

The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was the best I have experienced in a hotel. A fridge was available in the room. Cleanliness was evident throughout the premises..

Music from the bar was audible in the bedroom. It was not loud, but it did create a constant thud.

Decent, but Shower Issues and Slow Service

faulty shower doors lack of apology

There was a problem with the shower. The shower doors did not close properly, perhaps due to lack of maintenance. The shower would not run hot at all. I could not shower this morning. I reported this issue when I left, yet the staff said they would only tell their manager. There was no apology or acknowledgement offered.

the room was clean. it had good tea and coffee facilities. the building was interesting (i noticed the architecture). breakfast offered a selection from their menu and was freshly cooked.

the music from the bar was audible in the bedroom. it caused a constant thud above. the shower head in the bathroom was not properly fixed, i noticed it flopped from the wall.

convenient location tasty food

the location proved convenient for the town center. the restaurant was popular and the food was tasty. the staff provided great service both in the restaurant and throughout the hotel.

i noticed the western cowboy music played quite loudly downstairs. it permeated the entire place. i found it somewhat distracting.
