The hotel is directly across from the arrival doors, very convenient. The staff were friendly. Their service ended a long day well. My twin room was spacious, clean and quiet.
The breakfast lacked marmite (a small detail, but missed!).

the check-in was smooth , however , the room size felt quite small. i was told there were no larger rooms available, but i noticed a bigger room across from mine upon leaving ,which was frustrating. the breakfast selection was also disappointing , with many items tasting stale. the staff didn't offer help with luggage , i felt quite let down.

I stayed one night and found its location great. Staff was very helpful and let me have a higher floor. The room included a double bed, sofa, tv, and kettle with coffee and tea. There were also many towels.
The coffee in the rooms tasted bad. It came in a tea bag and didn't taste like coffee.

The location is VERY convenient if you need quick access to the airport.
The cleanliness left something to be desired. I found a long hair in my shower (i have short hair!). I am not sure if the sheets were changed.
