central location spacious room helpful staff

The location was central on the harbour. I could walk to markets. My room had a spacious feel and a comfortable bed. The staff were helpful during check-in. They clearly explained the parking system. The staff were also helpful at check-out. Breakfast included a good selection of items. The dining area provided views of the waterways. I enjoyed the atmosphere during breakfast.

The room lacked some accessories.

Decent Location. Some Disappointments

stained carpet stale pastries

The room was a bit underwhelming. I noticed a stain on the carpet, unfortunately. The bathroom was quite small and the shower pressure was low. The breakfast buffet was okay, BUT the pastries seemed a little stale each morning.

slow process coffee facilities

the room was spacious and clean, so that met my expectations.

the check-in process was slow. i also found the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room to be quite inconvenient. it would have been nice to have those available without having to call room service (especially given the price point of the hotel).

The restaurant overlooks the river. It provides a scenic atmosphere. I noticed a pianist playing upstairs. The bar had 2 for 1 cocktails.

Check-in felt impersonal. There was very little eye contact.
