The air conditioning in my room was ineffective. despite setting the thermostat to a low temperature, the room remained warm. breakfast service was disorganized. I had to request coffee multiple times, and sugar and milk were not provided even after repeated requests.

The location IS prime, especially being so close to the city center. Staff members were attentive. They matched the high standard as soon as I walked through the door. Room service was quick.

The gym could use a little upgrade. Some machines were out of order, and it was quite small for such a large hotel. It was disappointing because I planned to use the gym .
