fantastic stay
delicious breakfast central location great massage
i enjoyed the big room. the location was convenient for shopping, parks, and restaurants. breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was nice. (i particularly enjoyed the thai soup!). i found the massage good, definitely one of the best i've had.
I found the water policy strange. Only small plastic bottles were provided, and more were charged, inconvenient.

a decent stay overall
helpful staff convenient location outdated furniture restrictive policy
i found the staff to be very helpful. they assisted with directions and local recommendations. the location proved convenient for accessing public transportation and nearby shopping centers.
The room showed some signs of wear and tear. i noticed the furniture looked a bit outdated. also, the water policy seemed quite restrictive. Small water bottles were provided, and requesting more incurred a charge.

The location worked well. It was near the BTS station. Breakfast had a good buffet with different options. The gym was great and it included different machines.
The water policy made no sense at all. They only gave four small water bottles. I find this really strange. The minibar listed various water options with different prices.

superb staff accommodating service old fashioned usb ports
the hotel staff are superb and can't do enough to help you enjoy your stay. the level of service is superb, i found it accommodating. we had a suite style room, it was lovely.
The hotel looks old fashioned. It needs some upgrades. the power sockets did not have usb ports, i had to use my socket heads.
