The staff was super kind and nice. They satisfied any type of request.
The overhead shower did not work and the water pressure was low. The shower head holder pointed directly at the door, resulting in a completely wet toilet area, even when I closed the shower door. The basin design was poor, so brushing teeth comfortably was impossible due to the curb at the bottom.

the room was clean, and the location was near the siam shopping mall.
The staff were not cute. i could not use the pool. the hotel also wanted a security deposit with a refund issued two weeks later, that seemed absurd.

I adored how close this hotel was to everything I wanted to see. It was SO convenient to reach the sky train station and various shopping centers. My room was consistently super clean, and I REALLY appreciated the free water provided daily. The staff was always friendly and helpful, offering assistance with any questions I had.
The gym was a bit small, offering limited equipment choices.
