great location and breakfast

breakfast was freshly cooked based on the time i chose the night before. the family room was large and on the ground floor with new decorations and super clean condition. my children explored the street shops unsupervised because there were no big roads to cross , enabling them to enjoy shopping for their friends.

the rooms are listed with a private bathroom , but i found out they are not en-suite until the pre arrival e-mail i received 24 hours in advance. i would never deliberately book a room where i need to walk down the corridor in the night to use the bathroom. our bedroom was tiny with little space for luggage , so we had to climb over our cases during the night.

Really good Service and Prime Location!!!

The guest house is in a perfect location directly across from the harbor. I had a beautiful harbor view right from my window, and the location greatly enhanced my stay. The receptionist, Sophie, was professional and kind. She even arranged for a packed breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture!!!

Parking was easily accessible. Staff provided helpful information regarding finding a key for late check-in. The hotel is very close to the Tobermory Hotel. The manager helped to organize a packed lunch for my trip.

The location is ideal, right on the harbor front. It's a great base for exploring the area. The guest house is in the heart of the town. The harbor is located right across the street.

The room included tea making facilities. It was well organized with a large cupboard, saving space. The rooms are clean and orderly. The beds were comfy. It was nice to have a sunrise view from the bed!!!

The location was great with convenient nearby parking. laundry facilities were also close (i found a good spot just a short walk away). i also appreciated the room. It was very clean, and the bathroom had a good shower. i especially liked the harbour view from the room.

the room was quite small, offering limited space to store a case, something i noted as slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast was excellent, and you preorder the night before. Service was great. they cook specialties (scottish ones, i believe) which are included in the room price.

The staff was lovely and always ready to assist, even with small requests! the room had a perfect view over the harbor. I loved watching the boats. the bed was so comfortable. breakfast service was excellent, the pre-ordered meal was beautifully cooked.

the stairs were a bit noisy at times, it wasn't a major problem but noticeable

the location allowed easy walks everywhere i wanted. breakfast was quite hearty the room had a lovely feel. staff showed super attentive service and friendly faces making the stay quite special.

the room lacked a bit of wardrobe space for longer stays so i adapted.
