a staff member saw us trying to enter the underground carpark and promptly assisted us, a good start. our premier double room in the harbour square accommodation felt very spacious, with good quality furnishings. i loved the well-equipped kitchen and the great views visible from the balcony, a real treat.
The closet door was a bit heavy. I had a slight issue when it detached upon opening, but it was quickly resolved.
