the room i stayed in was located next to a building site. this disturbance detracted from the otherwise quiet atmosphere. also, i found the venetian blinds ineffectual at blocking light. they allowed too much light into the room throughout the night.

friendly staff honest staff excellent location return visit
the front desk staff impressed me with their friendliness and honesty. they contacted me when i left my belongings in the safe. they arranged to store them for my return visit. the location is excellent for access to nearby attractions.
the lift near my room was a little noisy, this was not ideal.

charming getaway!
spacious room good quality furnishings equipped kitchen balcony view
a staff member saw us trying to enter the underground carpark and promptly assisted us, a good start. our premier double room in the harbour square accommodation felt very spacious, with good quality furnishings. i loved the well-equipped kitchen and the great views visible from the balcony, a real treat.
The closet door was a bit heavy. I had a slight issue when it detached upon opening, but it was quickly resolved.

helpful staff early parking pleasant surprise scenic views
the staff presented themselves as helpful. i parked my car early, allowing me time to explore before check-in. the room upgrade provided a pleasant surprise. it also had proximity to restaurants and offered scenic views. i found the bed to be very comfortable after a long day.
