the room was clean and the location was acceptable. it was close to where i needed to be.

the small heater was already plugged in when i arrived but the room remained quite cold. i had trouble getting comfortable because of it and the bathroom too, was not a pleasant experience at all.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged flowers and wine for my parents' birthday. The room overlooked the beach. I loved this detail. Everything was laid out beautifully upon arrival, I must say. The location of the hotel offers the best view in the area.

The shower had poor water pressure, and it took a while to wash my hair.

check in was very smooth and i was shown straight to my room. the twin room private bathroom was clean! it had everything i needed! the view from the room was quite beautiful and i liked the handy location. the breakfast included a wide choice of options including cereals pastries and cooked dishes.

The location is perfect, providing very nice harbour views. The staff were friendly and helpful (nothing was too much trouble for them). The breakfast was great with beautifully presented food. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped.

Wonderful Wedding Stay

I attended my daughter's wedding here in August. Natalie, the wedding planner, handled everything wonderfully. All staff were friendly and helpful (I can't say enough good things). The head chef, Aaron, is very nice and cooks breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The room was quite small, and I could hear noises from the adjacent room late into the night. I could even hear toilet sounds. It was quite disruptive.
