The breakfast included orange juice. I could pick what I wanted. From a bacon sandwich to a full English breakfast, it was all available. The owners were lovely and kind people. They spoke to us about the local area and helped us find a parking spot.

There were plumbing problems in my room unfortunately. I had to report a dripping tap to the staff. -I found the noise levels from the street disruptive at times, particularly early in the morning.

my room offered great value. it featured really clean, well maintained facilities. a tv, hairdryer, and fridge were included in the room. i appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The location is very central. It allowed easy access to nearby shops and beaches. The hosts were friendly and cute. The full English breakfast was also fantastic (I loved the perfectly cooked eggs!).

i stayed in a single room and it had VERY good heating. a strong, hot shower was available every day. keith and roz are wonderful hosts, and they made an really good english breakfast with both cooked and continental options. the hotel's position is superb for accessing local amenities.

i noticed just one very small thing, the parking spot i used needed a little more signage.
