the location was very convenient. it was just a short walk from tawaramachi station. having a family mart on the first floor was helpful, i could easily grab snacks and drinks.

there was no proper receptionist, which i found inconvenient. i preferred a human touch for answering questions. the breakfast area was small and crowded. the food was okay, but not worth paying extra for.

i found the location very useful, close to both metro stations. tawaramachi and kuramae was very near. i appreciated the 7 eleven at the base of the building. complimentary bathroom accessories was provided. it was a real bonus to store luggage securely before and after checkin and checkout. a dining area on the reception level allowed us to bring in food.

housekeeping was pretty terrible . one day, the beds weren't made properly. the next day, they didn't even try to clean the toilet. the automated check-in is a gimmick and i found it a hassle.
