i enjoyed the convenient location opposite a metro station AND the presence of several convenience stores along the same street. the hotel provides amenities SUCH as an ice machine, vending machines, a coin laundry, AND a spa.

the wifi connection WAS unstable and intermittently disconnected DURING my stay.

i found the location quite convenient with its proximity to the subway station. family marts are also nearby. i had a very smooth experience with check-in and check-out. the process was super quick and easy. the hotel also provided all the essential toiletries.

i noticed the absence of a smoking area at the hotel. there was only a designated smoking room up the street, i found that inconvenient.

the hotel is very close to the nishi-shinjuku-gochome station on the oedo line. several family marts and a 7-eleven are within walking distance. the metropolitan government building is about a 15-20 minute walk away.

The room was very small (as i knew it would be). the cleanliness of the room was a concern. i also had issues with the pillows. They felt too hard.
