Convenient and clean capsule stay
perfect location free item free onsen
The location is perfect, close to the station. A lot of free items are available. These include toothbrushes, adapters, towels, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, rice, miso, and curry. The free onsen features ideal temperature for relaxation.
The bedding is uncomfortable. Pillows felt too stiff. A dehumidifier created very dry air. The bedding fabric seemed to get airborne easily.

amazing amenities and perfect location
free food helpful staff
i really appreciated the free food and drinks available constantly i enjoyed unlimited ramen and various flavored drinks the staff was also very helpful they provided clear instructions through a video at reception i also found the massage chairs quite relaxing after exploring the city. i especially enjoyed the wide range of cosmetics provided that was a nice bonus. the free alcohol in the evening was a welcome addition too
the lift was sometimes a bit slow this caused minor delays when needing to retrieve items from the ground floor storage i wish there were more lifts or a quicker system for accessing different floors it was a minor inconvenience but noticeable especially during peak hours

the capsule itself was spacious enough i could comfortably sit up inside the lighting was adjustable allowing me to create a dim atmosphere for sleeping there was also a small fan inside which helped keep the pod cool

the hotel provided a wide variety of food and drink options there was unlimited ramen available till late i sampled many unusual drinks like fanta melon and corn juice curry with rice was served for breakfast which i found quite tasty

I found the onsen on the second floor a great place to relax. The lounge area on the third floor offered complimentary coffee and alcohol (the whiskey was really good).
The elevator service was sometimes slow. I found the luggage storage fee of 1000 yen after checkout a bit much, high price.

convenient location friendly staff good amenities slow elevator small shower unusual sleepwear
the location is nice because the train station is very close. bars and restaurant are also near. the staff was friendly and helpful, i am grateful for that. the amenities are good, i have everything i need.
the elevator has slow service. i had to wait a little bit. the shower room is not confortable, it is small. the sleepwear is ugly, i did not like it.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
convenient location free food great staff
The location is very convenient. I appreciated the free food and drinks. It was nice to have rice, bread, and alcohol available. The staff was great. They kept my packages safely. The facility was also surprisingly clean, and someone was always cleaning (a very comforting sight).
The air conditioning in the sleeping capsule did not blow cold air. It was very hot, and I had to sleep with my capsule open. This definitely impacted my sleep quality.

central location convenient location artificial spa complimentary food unclean pod bed bug cold lounge
i really liked the central location. this location is convenient to get around. the facilities seemed stellar also. the artificial spa was cool. i liked the complimentary food and drink.
pods seemed unclean to me. i think i got bites from bed bugs there. i do not think they had a heater on. it felt cold in the lounge.
