The location is very convenient. I appreciated the free food and drinks. It was nice to have rice, bread, and alcohol available. The staff was great. They kept my packages safely. The facility was also surprisingly clean, and someone was always cleaning (a very comforting sight).

The air conditioning in the sleeping capsule did not blow cold air. It was very hot, and I had to sleep with my capsule open. This definitely impacted my sleep quality.

i really liked the central location. this location is convenient to get around. the facilities seemed stellar also. the artificial spa was cool. i liked the complimentary food and drink.

pods seemed unclean to me. i think i got bites from bed bugs there. i do not think they had a heater on. it felt cold in the lounge.
