the lobby looked very attractive and the staff were very attentive. they delivered our luggage to our room while i waited for check in time. the laundry facilities included a combined dryer and washing machine, and suica payment was accepted

the bed head had light controls and emitted a very annoying electrical buzzing noise which disallowed relaxation.

The staff was really nice. This hotel was conveniently located in a relaxed neighborhood. It was acceptable.

The breakfast was very limited. There was no room service for food or a restaurant for dinner, which really sucked. No interconnecting rooms exist, so if you are a family, you are probably on different floors. My wife and I ended up splitting up, going back and forth to get things from our bags. It was a real pain.

the room size was definitely smaller than advertised. i expected 20sqm, but it felt more compact. also, the breakfast variety was underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the fresh fruits were limited, and there was a noticeable lack of options for cereals, bread, and other western breakfast staples.
