the size of the room Was acceptable for my needs.
the breakfast offered was a Big letdown. there was very little choice, and the food quality wasn't great. the coffee was cold each morning and the bagels tasted stale, disappointing.

The hotel is very new. The location near Ueno Park is great. There are many washing machines in the coin laundry. The bathroom and toilet have modern design.
The breakfast included awful salads and chicken every morning. Coffee isn't very good and bagels are hard. Staff wasn't pleasant in the cafe, so I didn't appreciate it. The meal weren't worth the money.
