Acceptable Hotel Experience

convenient locationfriendly stafffree coffeesmall roomset menuwrong duvet size
I found the location quite convenient. It was close to many attractions I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful . The hotel provided free coffee in the lobby and I appreciated it.
The room I had was quite small. There was not much space for luggage. The breakfast was a set menu. I was unable to request a simple omelette as an alternative. The duvet on the bed was not the right size.

Authentic Ryokan Experience!

historic districtryokan designdeep bathtub
I appreciated the hotel's location in a historic district near Sendai Temple. It offered a modernized take on traditional ryokan design. The deep bathtub in my room helped me relax after long days.
The outdoor bath was smaller than it was in photos, so only one person could comfortably fit.
