I loved the stylish decor throughout the hotel. It really elevates the experience. the evening meals were delicious, and i must compliment the chef on their talent. the staff were very friendly and helpful .

i found it a little tricky to get the shower gel and shampoo out of the dispensers, it required some effort.

the fish and chips were AMAZING!!! i also tried the palmer's cheeseboard as a starter, and it was quite a treat. the breakfast selection included a good range of hot items available via order.

the food was excellent. i especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room was quiet and had a modern feel.

The annex room was not in the main hotel building. it felt a little dark and cold upon arrival. the mattress in the room was not particularly comfortable. It felt old.
