rachael was very attentive. she was an ideal host. the room had a good selection of beverages with a kettle. it included both a heater and a fan for extra comfort, a thoughtful touch.

the breakfast ordering forms were cumbersome. i found them difficult to follow and perhaps caused some confusion. i think that led to errors in the meal preparation, something i hope can be refined.

Annette provided the friendliest welcome when i arrived. our room was clean and my bed felt great. Everything i needed was there! the location near restaurants and the beach was convenient, though the street was quiet. breakfast was freshly cooked each morning, which i found really lovely.

the location was near the beach and a tram station, fine.

I found the landlady to be rude. She snapped at me about sitting in the wrong spot for breakfast. the lift kept breaking down. It needs to be removed from the accessible facilities description. the shower barely worked. Hardly any water came out!!!
