The location proved advantageous near downtown. It was still on a quieter street overlooking a green park. Staff showed keen attention to detail at all times. They anticipated my needs efficiently. The building and room have character adding to the charm. I found good services available to me at all times.

The parquet flooring created significant noise from footsteps in the rooms. This issue greatly impacted my sleep quality. I experienced difficulty falling asleep. I was woken up in the middle of the night.

The room, a junior suite decorated in traditional style, looked over the park. It was spacious. A well-supplied bathroom came with a great shower, comfortable bed, and good storage. Daily housekeeping staff completed a great job.

A restaurant extended to a kiosk on the Praca da Alegria. Anyone can go to the kiosk. The kiosk represents an amazing spot to end a long day and pass a long evening since it's open late.

Breakfast included a buffet of high quality pastries. I found excellent waiting staff. The breakfast is fabulous. It offers fruit, yogurt, protein options, and everything needed to enjoy healthy, delicious breakfasts.

The hotel is well situated near Avenida de Liberdade for shopping. I found many dining options nearby. The hotel's location is perfect on a little plaza a block off the Avenida.

I was grateful for the location. It was very convenient. the staff was helpful with tourist information, i found that especially useful. i was happy our room was on the backside. The front side had more traffic noise. the breakfast had great variety (i loved the fresh fruit!).

the room decor was a little dated, i feel.

The hotel displayed fresh cut flowers in public spaces. It was charming. hardwood floors ran throughout. a park across the street had a kiosk serving refreshments. Live music played on friday nights.

breakfast had a wide variety of foods. the staff even made eggs to order, i appreciated that. the hotel staff offered yummy birthday brownies as a kind gesture (i was very thankful).
