great location and wonderful breakfasts
decorative touch lovely view filling breakfast
I appreciated the decorative touches in the hotel! the location was great. Our room even had lovely views. breakfast was marvellous and very filling. i was happy our hosts were so lovely, , made the break even better.
the en suite was tiny and had no heating, so towels were damp and had little chance to dry.

The guest house is near the town and the seafront is not far. it is also situated in a quiet area. I noticed it was a short walk into the town center. on-road parking was available, and i was able to find a space.

i had a really pleasing stay. the room was very clean with a shower. the bed was comfy. breakfasts were generous and delicious, especially the perfectly cooked eggs benedict.

clean room coffee selection comfy bed
the room was very clean, and a good selection of tea and coffee was available. the bed was very comfy, and the bins were emptied daily. breakfasts were delicious and generous.
The towels in the ensuite had no chance to dry. The small ensuite had no heating at all.

great choices really good breakfast comfortable room amazing garden
the hosts sammy and john were fantastic from start to finish. the breakfast was fantastic, with good choices very well cooked by host sammy. the room was very comfortable. the garden with bar looked amazing, and i will definitely be going back.

inconsistent radiator damp towels
the radiator in my room was inconsistent it switched on and off frequently. thursday and friday nights were tolerable after i was asleep, but saturday night became very cold. i woke several times during the night and had to sleep in my clothes. i was not offered a heater or electric blankets as a solution, the ensuite was small without any heating. the towels remained damp and could not dry. a ventilation vent behind the toilet allowed outside air to enter.
