justin was helpful even before i arrived! he was very friendly. the room was super clean. it was a good size, too. i appreciated the excellent shower.
a4 paper signs were stuck to doors. information could have been in a welcome pack. i needed a small shelf for the tea. i made tea on the floor because there was no other option.

The location is superb, it's in the main street. Rooms are at the back of the tearooms creating a calm space. The checking-in process was efficient. The room was clean, and well-decorated, offering excellent shower facilities.
The signs with information were printed on A4 paper and attached to doors, I think a welcome pack would be better.

Our room was a bit cramped for what it cost, I think. The apartment's location behind the tearoom meant privacy wasn't great. Making tea involved some awkward maneuvering since there isn't a dedicated space. The small space impacted our experience.

The room was clean. Everything I needed was available in the room. The location was very relaxed. It was also a very cosy location. The main street are closed to everything.
The rooms are small. There are no table to put kettle and cups. They were in the wardrobe. The suitcase stand needs removing because no room. I kept walking into it.
