spacious roomcomfy bedbig showerconstant noise
my double room private bathroom was spacious and clean. the bed was comfy. the walk in shower was very big! towels were warming on the towel rail.
i found the road noise constant throughout the night which interrupted my sleep, though i was very tired.

tasty mealsdribble stainsyoung staff
The meals in the pub were tasty and reasonably priced, this met my expectations.
I was disappointed by the pillows. They had yellow dribble stains that were visible through the pillow case and there were no pillow protectors. I couldn't inspect the mattress because there was nothing I could have done about it at that point. The staff also need customer service training. They seemed young and clueless.

decent food optionssingle bedsmeager tea-making facilities
the food was quite good with decent options for both dinner and breakfast.
My room had two single beds shoved together, less than ideal. They should invest in actual double beds. also, the tea-making facilities were rather meager, with only two coffees, two teas, and a couple of tiny milk packets. it felt a bit stingy.

The pub offers good food. I liked the plentiful free parking. The room was large and clean. The king size bed was very comfy.
The pillows were not good at all. The artwork on the walls also seemed super odd to me.

i found the room quite spacious. the bed was huge offering plenty of room to relax. i appreciated the secure access separate from the pub. there was ample parking available.. the free breakfast provided many tasty options.
i noticed some artwork in the room that felt a bit out of place with a motivational quote paired with an image from wartime.
