i appreciated the direct access to terminals a and e via a covered walkway. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the airport station. breakfast at berkshire's was good, with professional restaurant staff.
the coffee machine in my room seemed quite dated.

The covered walkways directly connected the hotel to the airport terminals. This made my transit easy. My spacious room included a coffee machine, this was a huge bonus for my early start. The valets were helpful and efficient, which I appreciated a lot.
The hotel's signage in central parking could be improved, I experienced some confusion finding the entrance upon arrival.

The hotel is directly accessible from the airport terminals using covered walkways. This is VERY convenient. Walking from the airport to local bayside parks on footpaths is also possible. That is an excellent option for a bit of fresh air.

The room was large, clean, and well kept. This helped me relax. Modern bathrooms are included, and these feature solid HVAC. I found both to be very effective .

The bartender made excellent to-go drinks. The bar looked amazing!!! It was a pleasant experience. I recommend trying their offerings. The quality seems very high.

I found the indoor walkway to Terminal A convenient. The hotel offers luggage carts. This was really helpful for my bags. The room had a well-lit desk. This allowed me to work comfortably. I used the complimentary printing service located near the front desk for some documents.
The ice machine on my floor was OUT OF ORDER. This was only a minor inconvenience.

The room included a king-sized bed with several pillows and a THICK duvet. There were multiple power outlets near the desk and bedside tables. A large television offered various channels, including news and movies.

skybridge access to the terminals made travel easy. my room had nice blackout curtains. i SLEPT soundly due to them. the climate control worked very well.
the bathroom was somewhat dated. i saw some minor wear and tear. this included small cracks in the tile.
