spacious suite extended hours friendly staff
i found the suite spacious and well-equipped. the pool had extended hours, AMAZING!!! we used table tennis and snooker facilities. the staff were very friendly and customer focused.
the electricity usage was an unexpected additional cost.

slow organization limited options
The pool was wonderful I found its size adequate for a relaxing swim after a day exploring the nearby trails.
The reception organization felt slow I waited a long time to check in my room was not ready until well after the stated time I also found there was no food available after 8:30 pm so options were limited.

Acceptable Stay with Electricity Charge Issue
unexpected charge electricity bill
The suite was large and pretty WELL equipped.
I was REALLY frustrated by an unexpected charge. I was not told about an electrical payment when I booked this place. I received my first notice at check-in after an eight-hour drive which dampened my mood! I used the cooker twice and did not use heating. Still, I was billed £20 for electricity.

friendly staff nice bar lovely location
the resort locate alongside the walkable craigendarroch hill. i found the reception staff friendly. the brasserie were nice. the lounge bar also good. i visit again soon.
the gym needed some better equipments.

the swimming pool was clean staff were helpful
i found the electricity charges excessive the room felt dated like my grandma's house health and safety seemed compromised as the steps from my room led to a parking space blocked by a car
