excellent staff and convenient location

customer serviceaccommodating staffeasy arrivalwrong furniture
i highly recommend this place. i had an email exchange prior to arrival and felt at ease. the staff were accommodating and adopted a 'nothing was too much trouble' attitude. the staff took pride in providing customer service.
I noticed furniture was placed wrongly. Women need a table to sit at for makeup. this table should not be shared with a tv and kettle tray. i had to use air conditioning instead of fresh air.
Location
9/10
The location is central. It allows for easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. i saw two hotel car parks behind the building , made parking convenient. the hotel's position at a 't' intersection created no noticeable noise.
Rooms
9/10
the room had tea and coffee facilities readily available. bathrobes and slippers were a nice addition. bottled water was also provided. the room seemed spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast was superb. i was greeted by polite and attentive ladies and gents. the food was top class. It was also well presented. the hotel has a restaurant which offers various meals.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel is well kept to a good level of quality. there is gated secure parking for added convenience. the interior has a classic feel. It is also quite quirky.
