the room was huge! i had a superior twin room and there were so many choices at breakfast. i loved the gluten free pizza at dinner, it was such a treat. hannah in the restaurant gave great service!

the shower took forever to heat up though i thought the parking wasn't enough for the conference. the coffee machine wasn't on. the staff member was a little rude when i asked about it.

the room was very spacious and tidy, so it suited my needs for a short stay.

The food was a letdown. I ordered a steak and a large portion was inedible, about 60%. the side salad accompanying the steak consisted of only two tomato pieces and three cucumber slices.. it seems excessive. after i informed the server about the meal quality, i did not receive an apology or any alternative solution.
