convenient stay near the airport
spacious room excellent comfort separate layout
I found the room quite spacious and the bed provided excellent comfort. there were several useful extras available, such as shampoo, conditioner, water, a fridge, and a coffee machine. i appreciated the separate layout of the bath and shower room from the dressing area. Though, the hot water took a while to heat up and the pressure was low. the location was perfect, though the parking was expensive!
the evening meal was not good at all! the ribeye steak was small, and much of it was gristle. it was supposed to be medium but arrived rare and lukewarm! the mushroom was cold.

The restaurant staff were very helpful and pleasant during meal times. They showed genuine care for guest satisfaction. the staff consistently checked if i needed anything, and they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests i had.

The superior twin room provided ample space and the beds offered excellent comfort for a restful sleep. i found the room to be very clean. And the daily housekeeping ensured a tidy and fresh environment throughout my stay, which i appreciated.

gluten free pizza great service huge room rude staff member long shower insufficient parking
the room was huge! i had a superior twin room and there were so many choices at breakfast. i loved the gluten free pizza at dinner, it was such a treat. hannah in the restaurant gave great service!
the shower took forever to heat up though i thought the parking wasn't enough for the conference. the coffee machine wasn't on. the staff member was a little rude when i asked about it.

mixed experience near the airport
inedible steak limited salad
the room was very spacious and tidy, so it suited my needs for a short stay.
The food was a letdown. I ordered a steak and a large portion was inedible, about 60%. the side salad accompanying the steak consisted of only two tomato pieces and three cucumber slices.. it seems excessive. after i informed the server about the meal quality, i did not receive an apology or any alternative solution.
