Really good Services and Convenient Location
smooth check-out convenient location comfortable bed complimentary fruit
The front desk staff, especially Yulia, offered a smooth check-out process. Her fluent English skills stood out. The hotel provided a convenient location near the subway station. I found a nice table and a comfortable bed in my room. I also received complimentary fruit service, a good touch.
I noticed that the gym could use some updating. Some of the equipment was a little worn. Despite this minor issue, my stay remained very pleasant.

The amenities were clean. The equipment in the fitness center was well kept, ensuring a satisfying workout. A swimming pool offered a great way to unwind after a busy day.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of international options. I appreciated the variety and quality of the food. The hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu with well-prepared dishes, and i also enjoyed the convenience of room service.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. Kevin at the front desk was particularly attentive. Room service was responsive and efficient. I experienced prompt and reliable assistance. Tania provided excellent assistance, showing both patience and kindness.

Wonderful Canton Fair Stay
convenient location really good host helpful staff
The location was very convenient. It was close to the metro (a five-minute walk!). Echo in the executive lounge was helpful, a true asset to the hotel.

she was also helpful (with check-out processes). alin was so sweet and. i also stored my luggage with the concierge without issue.
the breakfast had enough options. i thought the quality could have been better (for a hotel of this standard).
