excellent assistance comfortable room ac issue socket problem
The staff was helpful! particularly kelly and krystal provided excellent assistance. it really enhanced my experience. the room was comfortable. I enjoyed my sleep.
The ac wasn't working. That was a problem. also, the socket was down.

I found the food selection in the restaurants to be excellent. The staff offered constant assistance. Their friendliness was appreciated from check-in to check-out. The Canton Fair is within comfortable walking distance. The front desk staff specifically helped with inquiries and check-out.
I found the absence of freshly squeezed juices at the lounge somewhat disappointing, despite the wide array of snacks.
