decent stay near trafalgar square
great location modern amenities helpful staff small lobby electrical issue poor ambience
the location was great for exploring. the room had modern amenities i liked. the staff were helpful with directions to the train station, i think this was very useful.
the lobby was small and it was very crowded. the electric blew twice when i tried to use tv, coffee machine, and hair dryer. the rooftop bar lacked ambience for me.

excellent stay!
attentive staff spacious bathroom heated floors
i enjoyed a signature suite. it had great views of the square. the rooftop bar had an amazing view. i also liked the delicious food there. the location suited me, as it was central. the hotel staff were very attentive to all my needs. the bathroom was spacious. it also had lovely heated floors.
the minibar selection was uninspired.

i adored the breakfast. it had many options that were labeled clearly. i was even able to order special egg items.
the rooftop bar was sadly not in use when i wanted TO visit because of refurbishment.

The location was central, it was easy to access many attractions. The room included complimentary water and a coffee machine, I found this convenient. Staff were polite at reception, this made check-in smooth.
The elevators were slow, there were waits at peak times. The bar closed early, it limited options for a late drink.

double beds small shower
the breakfast had a great blend of local and international options, it was a highlight.
I was disappointed since i am a hilton gold member and an amex platinum cardholder. i was entitled to a room upgrade. the room they offered included two double beds but i had booked a king bed intentionally. i was also disappointed by the bathroom. The shower was claustrophobically small and there was no counter space.

the location was good for walking everywhere i wanted to go it was near leicester square too
i found that the bathroom was poorly designed the shower felt small there was no counter space for my things the bed was too firm i had trouble sleeping

helpful staff fluffy towels
The staff was professional and helpful . The hotel's location is close to various attractions. I liked that they placed a bottle of water beside the bed each night. There were nice big fluffy towels in the room.
