quiet part running trails bird watching crane view filthy top big wardrobe
The location is very nice. It is convenient to many activities and tucked away in a quiet part of the street just off the main area. A short walk takes you to st james park. There are excellent running trails and very nice bird watching.
The room faced the back and inwards. The main view was of a crane. I found it quite uninspiring. The wardrobe was too big and filthy up top. I considered putting my bag up there but changed my mind after seeing all the dirt and dust.

The afternoon tea experience in The Rose Lounge was great for my husband and me. The food tasted fresh and the presentation was creative. The staff took great care of us! They catered to all our needs.
The team at the entrance was rude. I was waiting to meet my business partner. They kept asking me to move away and looked at me with arrogance!

The location is perfect. I could walk to so many places!!! the staff were helpful and kind, always ready with a smile. the breakfast each morning was a highlight. There were so many choices, and everything tasted amazing.
the minibar prices were a bit high, even for a hotel of this caliber.

a romantic escape
two tvs rustic makeup table charming touch wonderful service
The room surprised me with two tvs, a lovely unexpected feature. i adored the rustic makeup table, such a charming touch. the provided amenities were also good. the service was wonderful. I'll suggest this hotel to my friends for their future stays.
The ventilation in the bathroom made a constant noise. It slightly disrupted an otherwise peaceful stay.

The staff were always kind. They offered us tea and cookies upon our late arrival. adlea particularly. She was cute and helpful. the concierge staff also worked tirelessly to fulfill our wishes, especially joe.

The hotel had umbrellas available during rainy days. This shows great attention to detail. the reception area was also particularly beautiful, improved with gorgeous flower arrangements. there was also a zen room at the spa.

The location is fabulous. It is right near piccadilly and accessible to many popular spots. i found numerous good restaurants and shops nearby. i also noticed that buckingham palace and the theatre district were within walking distance.

Our luxury king room had nightly turndown service and was promptly cleaned each morning. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. diptyque products and plush towels added a touch of luxury. It was a very pleasant experience.
