The location is perfect. I could walk to so many places!!! the staff were helpful and kind, always ready with a smile. the breakfast each morning was a highlight. There were so many choices, and everything tasted amazing.
the minibar prices were a bit high, even for a hotel of this caliber.

The room surprised me with two tvs, a lovely unexpected feature. i adored the rustic makeup table, such a charming touch. the provided amenities were also good. the service was wonderful. I'll suggest this hotel to my friends for their future stays.
The ventilation in the bathroom made a constant noise. It slightly disrupted an otherwise peaceful stay.

The staff were always kind. They offered us tea and cookies upon our late arrival. adlea particularly. She was cute and helpful. the concierge staff also worked tirelessly to fulfill our wishes, especially joe.

The hotel had umbrellas available during rainy days. This shows great attention to detail. the reception area was also particularly beautiful, improved with gorgeous flower arrangements. there was also a zen room at the spa.

The rose lounge offered an amazing afternoon tea, perfect for celebrations. the team was attentive and cute, accommodating various dietary needs with ease. the chef ensured all allergies were catered for. The festive decorations added to the charm.

The location is fabulous. It is right near piccadilly and accessible to many popular spots. i found numerous good restaurants and shops nearby. i also noticed that buckingham palace and the theatre district were within walking distance.

Our luxury king room had nightly turndown service and was promptly cleaned each morning. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. diptyque products and plush towels added a touch of luxury. It was a very pleasant experience.
